　　生产型均质机是我厂根据国际技术研制成功的新产品。高压均质机用于对粘度低温度低的液体物料（液—液相或液—固相）的均质乳化。
　　生产型均质机主要工作是通过柱塞往复运动将被加工物料以高压的形式送至均质阀，使物料流经阀头与阀座间微小的隙瞬受到湍流、空穴、撞击、剪切等复合的作用，将原先粗糙的乳浊液或悬浮液加工成极细微的、均匀稳定的液与液相混乳化物或液与固分散物。
　　物料经过生产型均质机均质后有很多优点：有极高的稳定性、可提高保存质量、加快反应时间、节省添加剂：应用在食品、保健品、化妆品等领域，能提高人体的吸收质量等。
